Green Smoothie For Better Skin (Tastes Good, Promise)



FULL INGREDIENT LIST (MAKES TWO SERVINGS) - you can always store the second serving for about a day in an airtight container like a mason jar.

MELISSA'S GREEN SMOOTHIE (ALL ORGANIC IF POSSIBLE)
1/2 CUCUMBER (SKIN ON, PEEL IF NOT ORGANIC)
3-4 CELERY RIBS ORGANIC
1 GREEN APPLE (SKIN ON, PEEL IF NOT ORGANIC)
1/2 PEAR (SKIN ON, PEEL IF NOT ORGANIC)
HANDFUL KALE
HANDFUL SPINACH
1 INCH PIECE GINGER PEELED
HANDFUL PINEAPPLE
JUICE OF 1 LEMON
DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER
WATER
